Our story

Faith should feel like an adventure.

Noor & Luca began with one simple hope: to help kids open the Bible with wonder, and help families talk about what they find.

The heart behind Noor & Luca

Made by a dad and grandpa, not a content factory

I created Noor & Luca from a conviction I’ve carried for years: children deserve faith resources that are both deeply rooted and genuinely delightful.

After years of serving in the church, and watching kids light up when a story became something they could do, I began creating puzzles, activities, and adventures that put Scripture into their hands and curiosity into the conversation.

“My hope is simple: that a child finishes an activity wanting to know more about God.”

Meet the explorers

Two friends. Two ways of wondering.

Kids don’t all connect with faith in the same way. Noor and Luca make room for both the thoughtful question and the joyful leap.

Noor, an eight-year-old girl with long curly brown hair, sketching a flower in her journal in a cozy window nook
The question asker

Noor

Thoughtful and observant, Noor notices what others miss: the kid standing alone, the change in a friend’s face, the clue hidden in a picture. She likes a plan, asks the big questions, and finds quiet ways to be brave.

“Maybe she isn’t being mean. Maybe she just doesn’t know anyone.”

🌱 Still growing: learning to take the next brave step before she feels completely certain.

Luca, an eight-year-old boy in a backwards cap and plaid shirt, building a cardboard wagon on a sunny porch
The adventure starter

Luca

Energetic and inventive, Luca turns every idea into action: build the contraption, try the trail, start the game. He makes friends fast, tells great stories, and jumps in with his whole heart, sometimes before hearing all the instructions.

“If David was scared, why did he still walk toward Goliath?”

🌱 Still growing: learning that slowing down to listen is its own kind of strength.

Real kids, not superheroes

Noor helps Luca notice; Luca helps Noor begin. They misunderstand, get impatient, and sometimes make the wrong choice, because real children do. Their stories aren’t about earning God’s love by behaving well: they’re about two kids who are already loved by God learning to trust Him, tell the truth, and love other people.
